January 1, 1991 - Joint venture between TNP (TAIWAN NAMEPLATE CO. INC.)
and TKPI (TSUCHIYA KOGYO PHILS., INC).

July 26, 1991 - TKPI (TSUCHIYA KOGYO PHILS. INC.) BOI registered company with
business address at Unit 6 3D Compound Tanyag, Taguig City,
SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) amended the date of establishment.

July 2, 1999 - Increase of Capital Stock and conversion of TKJ advances of P19,703,200.
and TNP advances of P 4,180,000 into stockholders equity.

November 30, 1999 - TKPI (TSUCHIYA KOGYO PHILS. INC.) relocated the office factory to Zone 2 Bldg. 15 Malunggay st. DBP Road, FTI Complex Taguig.

July 4, 2013 - TKPI registered as PEZA (Ecozone Export Enterprise No. 13-131) .

May 3, 2014 - TKPI relocated again to its new Factory located at Lot 9 Block 1,
Light Industry & Science Park III, San Rafael, Sto. Tomas City, Batangas.
The factory’s design is suitable for an efficient and viable production process.
It houses the Company’s newly acquired technologically, advanced machines
and equipment.
