Tsuchiya Kogyo Phils., Inc. (TKPI) takes pride in being one of the country’s leading manufacturer of decals, nameplates, labels, insulators, and other printed products for industrial use.
The company’s basic manufacturing process is silk and seal printing using automated printing and die-cutting machines and operated by production personnel trained in Japan.
Our clientele includes leading motorcycle assemblers, car assemblers, and electronics (audio/video equipment) among others. Also, serve direct printing on plastics and papers as well as POSTER-FIT Labels manufactured
from our mother company from Japan.

OUR BUSINESS
SilkScreen Printing
Thicker layers of ink can be applied compared to offset printing or photogravure printing. This improves the ability of the ink to hide the effect of the medium it is printed on. Even compared with offset printing, silkscreen printing can express colors vividly, making for prints closer to
the original design image.
MICRO screen Printing
We have overcome the challenges of the multicolor matrix plate making in screen printing. Aside from making full-color printing possible, we have succeeded in maintaining the weather resistance which is a drawback of offset printing, without damaging the solvent resistance and depth of color, which are characteristics of screen printing. Fluorescent and metallic colors that were impossible with offset printing can now be express.

Print all the colors, and after drying, remove the section fitting the product's shape, then pack as required after inspection.

Heat transfer foil, metal vacuum deposited in which multi-color printing
can be added in one step.
You can have a high metal gloss (Metallic feeling) mirror shiny
that has luxurious and powerful strengths that are not in other printing.
